Last day for Advance Shipments to arrive without surcharge:

Monday, April 6, 2026. Shipments arriving April 7th- onward will incur 25% surcharge. 
Show Site Receiving Dates:
Wednesday, April 22, 2026 - Thursday, April 23, 2026
Please note that UPS, FedEx, and DHL do NOT pick up from the show floor. All Exhibitor materials must be removed from the facility by 10:00 PM on Thursday, April 23, 2026. Any freight left on the show floor after that time will be rerouted via ABF at the Exhibitor's expense.

  • Shipments should arrive between Monday, March 23, 2026 and Monday, April 20, 2026
  • All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to an off target fee.
    All shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Monday, April 6, 2026 will be subject to at 25% surcharge.
  • Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Monday, April 20, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight.
  • Please print the advance shipment labels by clicking on that option in the left hand menu.

  • Shipments that are sent outside these parameters or addressed only to the facility, the facility may refuse it or turn them over to Extreme Family Expo & Events, LLC for distribution to your booth. This may result in charges from Extreme Family Expo & Events, LLC and the facility.
