Tuesday, April 14, 2026. Shipments arriving April 15th- onward will incur 25% surcharge.

Please note that UPS, FedEx, and DHL do NOT pick up from the show floor. All Exhibitor materials must be removed from the facility by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, April 28, 2026. Any freight left on the show floor after that time will be rerouted via ABF at the Exhibitor's expense.

  • Shipments should arrive between Monday, March 30, 2026 and Friday, April 24, 2026
  • All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to an off-target fee.
  • All shipments that arrive at the warehouse after April 14, 2026 will be subject to at 25% surcharge.
  • Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Friday, April 24, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight
