Advance Warehouse Receiving Dates: Last day to receive without surcharge:: Monday, May 18, 2026 - Monday, June 15, 2026

Wednesday, June 3, 2026 Shipments arriving June 4th- onward will incur 25% surcharge.

Show Site Receiving Dates:: Wednesday, June 17, 2026 - Wednesday, June 17, 2026
**Please Note: Due to the nature of the dock space and location we highly encourage exihibitors to ship to the Advance Warehouse to help ensure shipements are recieved and delivered to booth spaces accordingly**

Please note that UPS, FedEx, and DHL do NOT pick up from the show floor. All Exhibitor materials must be removed from the facility by 7:00 PM on Friday, June 19, 2026. Any freight left on the show floor after that time will be rerouted via ABF at the Exhibitor's expense.

Shipments should arrive between Monday, May 18, 2026 and Monday, June 15, 2026
All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to an off-target fee.
All shipments that arrive at the warehouse after June 3rd will be subject to at 25% surcharge.
Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Monday, June 15, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight

Receiving only during exhibitor move-in hours
Shipments that are sent outside these parameters or addressed only to the facility, the facility may refuse it or turn them over to Extreme Family Expo & Events, LLC for distribution to your booth. This may result in charges from Extreme Family Expo & Events, LLC and the facility.
