Discount Deadline:: Friday, July 31, 2026

Advance Warehouse Receiving Dates: Last day to receive without surcharge:: Monday, July 6, 2026 - Monday, August 10, 2026 8:00am-4:00pm

Monday, August 3, 2026 Shipments arriving August 4th- onward will incur 25% surcharge.

Show Site Receiving Dates:: Wednesday, August 12, 2026 - Thursday, August 13, 20268:00am-4:00pm

Please note that UPS, FedEx, and DHL do NOT pick up from the show floor. All Exhibitor materials must be removed from the facility by 6:00 PM on Saturday, August 15, 2026. Any freight left on the show floor after that time will be rerouted via ABF at the Exhibitor's expense.

Please note: Any Invoice that remains unpaid at the conclusion of the event will automatically incur a 25% surcharge.

All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to an off target fee
All shipments that arrive at the warehouse after August 3, 2026 will be subject to at 25% surcharge.
Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Monday, August 10, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight

Shipments that are sent outside these parameters or addressed only to the facility, the facility may refuse it or turn them over to Extreme Family Expo & Events, LLC for distribution to your booth. This may result in charges from Extreme Family Expo & Events, LLC and the facility.
