Advance Warehouse Receiving Dates: Last day for Advance Shipments to arrive without surcharge:: Monday, April 6, 2026 - Friday, May 1, 2026

Tuesday, April 21, 2026 Shipments arriving April 22nd- onward will incur 25% surcharge.

Show Site Receiving Dates:: Monday, May 4, 2026 - Monday, May 4, 2026

Please note that UPS, FedEx, and DHL do NOT pick up from the show floor. All Exhibitor materials must be removed from the facility by 6:30 PM on Tuesday, May 5, 2026. Any freight left on the show floor after that time will be rerouted via ABF at the Exhibitor's expense.

Shipments should arrive between Monday, April 6, 2026 and Friday, May 1, 2026
All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to an off target fee
All shipments that arrive at the warehouse after April 21, 2026 will be subject to at 25% surcharge.
Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Friday, May 1, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight

Shipments that are sent outside these parameters or addressed only to the facility, the facility may refuse it or turn them over to Extreme Family Expo & Events, LLC for distribution to your booth. This may result in charges from Extreme Family Expo & Events, LLC and the facility.
