Advance Warehouse Receiving Dates:: Wednesday, June 17, 2026 - Tuesday, June 30, 2026

Show Site Receiving Dates:: Wednesday, July 1, 2026

Please note that UPS, FedEx, and DHL do NOT pick up from the show floor. All Exhibitor materials must be removed from the facility by 1:00 PM on Sunday, July 5, 2026. Any freight left on the show floor after that time will be rerouted via ABF at the Exhibitor's expense.

All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to an off target fee
Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Tuesday, June 30, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight
