Please note that UPS, FedEx, and DHL do NOT pick up from the show floor. All Exhibitor materials must be removed from the facility by 1:00 PM on Sunday, July 5, 2026. Any freight left on the show floor after that time will be rerouted via ABF at the Exhibitor's expense.

  • All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to an off target fee
  • Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Tuesday, June 30, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight
