Show Site Receiving Dates:: Friday, July 31, 2026 - Friday, July 31, 2026 8:00am-4:00pm

Please note that UPS, FedEx, and DHL do NOT pick up from the show floor. All Exhibitor materials must be removed from the facility by 7:00 PM on Saturday, August 1, 2026. Any freight left on the show floor after that time will be rerouted via ABF at the Exhibitor's expense.

Shipments should arrive between Thursday, July 16, 2026 and Wednesday, July 29, 2026
All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to an off target fee
Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Wednesday, July 29, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight
